Where do I meet my chauffeur?
Inside baggage claim at your arrival carousel, holding a name sign. You will get your chauffeur's name and number before you land, and they will take your bags and walk you to the car at the arrivals curb.
Can you drop me off for a departing flight?
Yes. We drop you curbside on the departures level at your airline's terminal, timed so you have room to spare for security and the walk to the gate.
Can you take me straight to the cruise port?
Yes. PortMiami is about fifteen to twenty minutes away, and we drop you at your cruise terminal with room for the luggage. Send the ship and the terminal with your request and we will time the pickup around the boarding queue.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Add the number and ages of the children when you book and we will have them fitted before the chauffeur sets off.
