These terms apply to every quote request and every booking taken by South Beach Limo, which is operated by MK Luxury Transportation. Booking a ride with us means you accept them. If anything here is unclear, call (786) 503-2991 and ask before you book.

Quotes and confirming a booking

A quote sent by this website or over the phone is a fixed price for a specific route, vehicle and time, valid until the date and time we confirm with you. A quote is not a booking until you reply to confirm it and we confirm back. We will always confirm the final price, the vehicle, the pickup time and the chauffeur’s details in writing before the trip.

Cancellations and changes

Bookings can be cancelled or changed without charge up to two hours before the scheduled pickup. Inside two hours, the booking is treated as a no-show and the full quoted fare applies, because the vehicle and the chauffeur have already been held for you. If your flight changes, tell us and we will move the pickup, subject to the same terms.

Waiting time

Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time once your flight has landed, and your chauffeur will meet you inside baggage claim with a name sign. For hourly bookings, the vehicle is booked for the hours you have reserved and waits in the surrounding area. If the vehicle is held beyond the booked period, the extra time is charged at the hourly rate agreed in your quote.

Payment and gratuity

Every fare is a flat rate quoted before you book. Tolls, airport fees, parking and gratuity terms are stated up front in your quote, and there is no surge pricing and no meter running in traffic. Payment is taken directly with the operator at the end of the trip, and a card can be left with the chauffeur for corporate accounts that bill monthly.

Personal belongings and privacy

Vehicles are provided for passengers and their luggage only. Please do not leave valuables, passports or cash unattended in the cabin. Conversations, destinations and guest lists are treated as private and are not discussed with anyone else. Ask your chauffeur to take a route you know if that matters to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published on this page applies to every booking confirmed after its date. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the terms that applied when the booking was made.
