Miami International Boat Show transportation for the docks
The boat show spreads itself across the waterfront in a way that makes a car genuinely useful. Miami International Boat Show transportation is less about distance and more about knowing which dock is in use on which day, where a vehicle can actually stop, and how to get back to the same place at the end of a long afternoon on your feet.
A full-day charter is the arrangement that makes sense, because the car becomes the base. Your bags stay in the boot, you have water and Wi-Fi when you need five minutes, and nobody has to think about where they left the vehicle or how long the walk back is in the sun.
Drop-offs that are actually drop-offs
The show moves boats, pontoons and floating stages around during the week, which means the drop-off point on Monday is not always the drop-off point on Thursday. We plan against the published schedule, which is the only way to be sure the car is somewhere you can actually walk to, and the driver will know the current layout on the day.
The return runs are planned the same way, with the pickup timed to the end of the afternoon rather than to a guess about the crowds. For a group, the Sprinter takes fourteen people between the marina, the hotel and the dealers’ dinners in one vehicle.
Send the marina, the days and the number of people, and we will come back with a written plan, usually within the hour.
-
Marina transfers
Runs between the marina, the hotel and the shows, on one agreed rate.
-
Full show day
The same car and driver for the day, so the bags stay in the boot.
-
Group shuttle
A Sprinter for a group moving between the docks and the hotel.
-
Evening hospitality
A booked car for the dealers' dinners and the parties afterwards.

The car holds your bags
A full day of charter means the luggage stays in the boot, not on your shoulder.
-
One rate for the day
Quoted once for the whole day, with no surge and no per-trip negotiation.

How do I arrange Miami boat show transportation?
Send the marina, the hotel and the days you are in town, and we will plan the runs around the show's opening hours. A full-day charter is usually the simplest option, because the car holds your bags and stays where you left it.
Can you drop us at the marina?
Yes, at the drop-off point that is in use that day, which changes as the show moves boats and docks around. Give us the marina and the day, and we will plan the timing around the published schedule.
Is the fare fixed for the day?
Yes. The rate is quoted for the whole day before you book, with tolls and terminal fees stated up front, and there is no surge pricing and no per-trip charge on top.
Can you arrange an evening car afterwards?
Yes, and dealers' hospitality usually runs late. The same car and driver can stay on for the evening, which is simpler and cheaper than booking again at the end of the night.
On the water, on time.
Send the marina and the day, and we will quote the transfers in writing.
