South Beach wine and food festival rides, planned between the stops

The South Beach wine and food festival is a good weekend for a car, because the island is small, the tastings are spread across it and the last one always ends later than anybody planned. South Beach wine and food festival transportation is a scheduled car rather than a queue: it takes you between the stops, waits while you are inside, and is at the door when the evening ends.

The alternative is a group of people on a busy island in February, splitting up to hail cars, paying surge rates and walking back. It is not an expensive weekend to make much better with one booking.

One rate, however long the evening runs

The rate is agreed before the weekend, so the number of stops and the length of the afternoon do not change what you pay. The car is booked for the hours, and within those hours the plan is yours to change: one more tasting, a dinner on Collins, a stop at Sunset Harbour, or a slow drive home along the sand.

For a group, the Sprinter takes up to fourteen people so everyone goes together, and the driver is a professional rather than somebody on a Saturday night shift. Send the stops and the times, and we will come back with a written plan, usually within the hour.

  • Hourly hold

The car waits nearby for the length of the afternoon or evening.

A single run to the tasting, and a pickup when the evening ends.

  • Group by the dozen

Why a chauffeur.

South Beach Wine and Food Festival transportation for the tastings, the dinners and the long way home. A private chauffeur, a fixed rate and a car that waits.

  • Taste without a taxi queue

A scheduled car between the stops, so nobody is queuing between tastings.

  • A safe ride home

A professional driver in a car that is already at the door.

  • One rate

Festival weekends do not change what you pay.

How do you handle South Beach wine and food festival rides?

The car is booked for the hours you need and makes scheduled runs between the hotel, the tents and the dinner venues, so a group is not queuing for a car between tastings. A single run for dinner and a late pickup are also available.

Can we book several tastings in one afternoon?

Yes, and it is the most common request. Book the car for the afternoon and it will take you between the stops on the agreed rate, then bring you home or take you to dinner. Tell us the venues and we will plan the sequence.

Is the price fixed during the festival?

Yes. The rate is agreed when you book, so the festival has no effect on the fare. Festival weekends are exactly when surge pricing hurts, and that is the practical difference a chauffeur makes.

Can we travel as a group?

Yes. The Sprinter takes up to fourteen people, so a group of friends can go together and come back together. Send the numbers and we will recommend the right vehicle.

Taste, then ride.

Send the stops and the times, and we will quote the festival weekend in writing.
